Worked with Kevin on 6 hour long sessions over 12 weeks. His approach opened my eyes to possibilities I had not considered and helped me focus on achieving my personal ambitions, and gave me strategies to stay on track in the short, medium and long-term. I hope to work with Kevin again in the future and I would highly recommend him to others.

My coaching sessions with Kev have been brilliant. When they were recommended to me by my place of work I was rather nervous, but from the first session Kev made me feel comfortable and reassured. The sessions have helped me to develop and build skills and routines which are really improving my day to day life, at home as well as at work. Very highly recommended.

Such a personable individual, validating and understanding. Was really helpful in setting me up with various techniques and strategies to address specific issues I am dealing with. It’s a tailored service and I cannot thank Kevin enough for the sessions we had and how they have helped me

I cannot recommend Kevin highly enough. We did a block of 12 sessions together to help me navigate the various ways ADHD has held me back in life and made my job as a teacher harder than it needed to be. What he gave me were personalised techniques that I could implement right away and all of which have stuck which is a miracle for me. When I said that it helps me to understand why I find someting hard and why the techniques would help that for me to get on board, he made sure to explain everything in exactly the way my weird brain needs to hear it. If you have tried everything else and think you are the way you are and you just can't do the things other people seem to find so easy, reach out to Kevin and he'll soon help you see that you are capable of way more than you think you are when shown a new ADHD friendly way of doing it. He has changed my life in such a short time frame and I am sure he can do the same for you.

We had Kevin visit us and give two different Neuro Diversity presentations. The first one was to the whole company, providing a back-to-basics explanation as to what Neuro Diversity and ADHD are, discussing how to spot the signs of being Neuro Diverse – and crucially how to not only manage having ADHD, but how to use your differentiation to thrive both in life and in the workplace. Being an ADHDer himself, the presentation was super engaging, delivered with empathy and great personal insights from Kevin. The second presentation was to all the Managers in the business. Kevin talked us through how to better understand Neuro Diverse people/employees; how to successfully manage them; as well as knowing how to unlock their unique skills to benefit the business – and once you explore it, there are many. Again, the second presentation was delivered extremely well, Kevin ignited some very interesting conversations within the team – with the learnings going on to inspire meaningful change within the business. I have to say, Kevin’s talks were probably the most successful training sessions we’ve done to date, and as such, I don’t hesitate to recommend Unherded!

These sessions have been incredibly valuable to me and have helped me navigate some serious challenges in life.. Starting a business, getting married, changing careers and multiple burnouts. But also they have helped me understand my own brain, thoughts and behaviours in a way that have supported me to navigate life on a daily basis. It never mattered how I showed up or what I brought to the table, Kev was always able to take it in his stride and immediately had the perfect tool or concept to help frame my situation and give real tangible insights that I could directly apply to my life. ADHD brains often mean overwhelm, frustration and impulsive thoughts. As a result of my sessions with Kev I have noticed a huge and very real improvement in how I’m able to understand and deal with my inner state which is helping me to live with more intentionality and less reactivity. I would have no issues in seeking Kev out again if I found myself struggling to deal with life circumstances or even just for a good catch up
